Health care in Japan: Not all smiles

Health care in Japan: Not all smiles | The Economist. What I like about the Economist is that they argue from facts. However, they can’t have it both ways – on the one hand, it is demographics (aging population) that will cause an increase in health care costs. But on the other hand, they cite many “market reforms” that could cut that cost. The solutions don’t match the problem – how can we more efficiently deliver and fund health care for the elderly?
